I enjoy wine and the overall process to make it. This series of blogs is a review of many varietals of wines across many winemaking regions. The wine-making process itself from growing the grapes to pouring the glass has always intrigued me. I hope to share some interesting information with you all.

I am a foodie by nature and, as such, I enjoy drinking a great wine to accompany an excellent meal. However, that passion for wine is as much about learning the process of winemaking and fermentation as it is just tasting it.

This website is primarily a blog about the trials and tribulations of fine and not-so-fine wine drinking. I’m wine-rich, yet cash-poor, so will provide insights on wines at multiple price points.

I’m not a vintner nor a sommelier, but enjoy wine and…talking. My overall goal for this site is to provide the audience some information and entertainment. I truly hope you enjoy the site. Thank you!

I grew up in Lubbock, Texas well before they grew grapes out there. I obtained an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Business Management. I then obtained an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. I currently live in Dallas, Texas, but did spend some months in Fremont, California. I developed the appreciation for all things wine including the wine-making process when I lived there.
